Once again I am here to update our karatekas stories. Teehee

Recently, our USK athletes had represent Labuan Federal Territory on a national championship. The event  was held in Alor Setar, Kedah from 1st to 3rd March 2013. It can be considered as a big championship cause its a selection for a Malaysia Team in next AKF (Asia) Games that will be held in DUBAI. WOW! Dude, its Dubai. Go google it and you will find how amazing that place is. Ok, done. National selection is not a place for joking around. Everybody wants to win. They all wanna get #1 Place. All of them are so competitive. So the important thing that you need is you must get enough training, mentally and physically. Also don't forget to pray and hope.

Out of 4 athletes who represent Labuan, this time only 1 bronze obtained and it was from Syarulniza Abdul Jamil in -60kg, Female Individual Kumite 18-21 years old. Moreover, our former USK student, Mohd Farhan Nordin who was training in Penang for a Malaysia backup squad also participate in this championship. He represent Penang team and had contribute 1 Gold in his Individual Kata Cadet. We all should proud of him and giving him a support wherever he is to go further in this field. Well then, congratulations for all members who winning a medal and for those who not, keep try and don't lose hope. Gambatte!
